Complaint from Brian K Flint, TXover 4 years agoRoyce is the worst contractor that I have ever worked with. I bought a building in last week of Aug 2021. Today’s date is April 8th and it’s still not finished. Please avoid this guy at all costs. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else! He has been selling buildings for many years and did not add a tin ledge to the concrete slab. The guy is an idiot!!
